Eligibility and Access To use the Platform, you must: Be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your country Have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your organization Use the Platform only for lawful, business-related purposes 3. Account Registration and Security You must: Register with accurate and current business and contact details Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials Accept responsibility for any activity conducted through your account We may suspend access if misuse or breach of security is detected. 4. Permitted Use You are authorized to: Access and integrate our API with your internal systems Send compliant messages through the WhatsApp Business API (subject to approval) Automate document, invoice, and ERP workflows You must not: Use the Platform to transmit illegal, spam, or unauthorized content Bypass security mechanisms, exploit vulnerabilities, or engage in reverse engineering Violate WhatsApp’s policies, Meta’s Business Terms, or regional regulations 5. WhatsApp Business API Compliance If you use WhatsApp Business services via B2B Dost: You must secure user opt-in before initiating messages Message templates must be approved by Meta You must not use the API for unsolicited, bulk, or non-compliant messaging We reserve the right to suspend your messaging access if Meta policies are breached 6. Fees and Billing Access to certain API features or plans may require payment, as outlined in your agreement All fees are billed in your local currency and are exclusive of applicable taxes (e.g., GST, VAT) You are responsible for timely payments. Delays may result in suspension of service 7. Data Privacy and Compliance We respect your right to data privacy. If you are located in: India: We comply with the DPDP Act, including rights related to notice, consent, data security, and grievance redressal. EU/EEA: We adhere to GDPR, including rights of access, correction, erasure, portability, and the right to object to data processing. US (e.g., California): You may request access to your data, opt out of data sales, or request deletion under laws such as CCPA/CPRA. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, store, process, and protect your information. 8. Intellectual Property All content, logos, code, and services are the intellectual property of B2B Dost or its licensors. Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by law: B2B Dost shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months for the services 11. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of: India – for users based in India Republic of Ireland or applicable EU country – for users in the European Union Delaware, United States – for users based in the U.S. Any disputes shall be resolved in the respective local jurisdiction. 12.
